Rickoli’s take on beer is simple: “use great ingredients and brew for flavor!” It’s Wheat Ridge’s premiere microbrewery, open since 2012. They have a variety beers, especially for those who likes hops. On a gluten note, they use an enzyme to reduce gluten levels in beers to under under 10 ppm.
They also make two craft sodas: Schrute Root Beer and Cherry Lime Rickoli. Food trucks are usually around at busy times, and they also serve free popcorn and sell Baker St Pretzels & Cookie Brewer Cookies. There are board games to play, and a flat screen TV.
Currently, they don’t offer a set happy hour, but they do have lots of $1 off pint deals, and a best the clock special during the week. The earlier you get in, the cheaper the beer.
