Uno Mas features fresh, farm-to-table Mexican food near Wash Park. They own 2200 square feet of indoor greenhouse and 4400 square feet of outdoor farmland, where they grow produce for the owner’s three restaurants: Uno Mas, Giai Bistro and Kaos Pizzeria (all on South Pearl).
There’s a full bar with over 70 tequilas, all made from 100% Blue Webber Agave. The atmosphere is lively, and the food is spectacular.
