Grist is a new micro brewery in Highlands Ranch. It’s tucked away in a strip plaza off Santa Fe and Town Center Dr. The beers are great and the atmosphere is casual. There’s a large bar area, a few TVs, and some other seating. Food-wise, there’s usually a food truck or cart parked out front.
