Carioca Cafe, aka Bar Bar, is a fun, cash-only dive bar by Downtown Denver. The crowd is eclectic and changes over the course of the day. It’s been listed as one of Denver’s best dives by Westword.
There’s a darts board, Megatouch game, books to borrow, and a couple pool tables in a back room. On weekends there’s usually live music in the evenings.
