Established in 2005, Hooked On Colfax is a laid back coffee shop that serves booze. The cool, wood atmosphere features cozy seating, free internet and a full bar. There are two basement lounges, two middle sections, as well as two patios, one with a garage door that opens creating a nice breeze.
Coffee, teas and drafts are all from Colorado companies. They also serve whiskeys, cocktails and wines. Baked goods are available until they run out. Breakfast is served until noon on weekdays and one o’clock on weekends.
It’s open 7am to 10pm everyday.
