Meaning “to gather”, Amass is a cozy French bistro hidden on the corner of Jefferson Park. The contemporary atmosphere is inviting, with two communal tables, one long and another round. They have a full service bar, featuring an array of French wines and Colorado craft beers.
The kitchen opens at four every day except Mondays, creating classic dishes including coq au vin, steak tartare, duck confit and seafood bouillabaisse. Brunch is served on the weekends from 10am to 3pm.
