Historians Ale House features food grown in Colorado and 40 drought beers, most of which are brewed in state. The menu is typical pub fare, with burgers, sandwiches and apps. There’s a nice rooftop patio and specials throughout the week.
The owner’s also run the RiNo Beer Garden in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood.
